Do I need a credit card to make an online reservation? How safe is it?
Yes. We require your credit card to guarantee your reservation and give you instant confirmation online. Our 128bit encryption-enhanced reservation system is partnered with WorldPay – a Royal Bank of Scotland company, and a leading Internet Payment provider – to securely process your credit card.
How much will my credit card be charged to make the online reservation?
A non-reimbursable initial payment equal to 10% of your total initial reservation cost will be charged to your credit card when you make a reservation. This 10% will be deducted later on from the total reservation cost you will pay upon checkout.
Why is this payment non-refundable?
Many small- to medium-chain and independent hotels experience a number of no shows and last minute cancellations. The non-refundable payment is to guarantee your reservation.
Can I change my reservation?
Absolutely. For your convenience, we have made it easy for you to make changes (modify) to your active reservation(s) at no additional cost at all, as many times as you need, direct from our Website.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Simply click on the "MODIFY RESERVATION" link on the main navigation located on the right top most part of this page.
